Do I need to schedule an appointment?

Yes.  Ellen's is open by appointment only for all services.  You can schedule an appointment by calling us at 260-672-9944 or by clicking the Book Appointment tab above.

How many people can I bring to my appointment?

We can accommodate up to 6 guests plus the Bride in our complementary Ellen’s Experience Bridal Appointment. We do offer 2 levels of upgraded appointments for a fee which accommodate 10 guests plus the Bride and the boutique is closed for your private experience.

Are children allowed at appointments?

While we love children, our boutique is not kid friendly.  With limited time for each appointment, we want to be sure we can focus on the bride.  Please use common courtesy when deciding to bring children.

What is the price range of our gowns?

Our gowns range from $799 - $2,000. The majority of our gowns range from $1,200-$1,600.

When is payment due?

We prefer payment in full. We do offer a payment plan for a service fee of $100 ~ half down is due at ordering ~ the remaining balance is split equally over the next four months for payment online.

How long will it take for my dress to arrive?

Wedding dresses take approximately 6 to 8 months to arrive.  We recommend you also allow 2 months for alterations before your wedding day. If you do not have 6 to 10 months before your wedding day, NO WORRIES, we have Take Home Today and Quick Ship options. We got you girl.

What should I wear to my bridal appointment?

Please wear full coverage underwear.  The gowns you will be trying on are sample gowns and are tried on by others.  Wedding dresses have bra cups sewn in to the bodice so bras are not necessary but are welcome.
